Siong Joo is the founder of Singapore Asia Trust Company.

A veteran in the industry, he has amassed over two decades of experience in the private and corporate trust arena, dealing with multi-jurisdictional families and complex structuring for a wide variety of asset classes.

Currently, he consults with corporates, high net-worth individuals, families and their advisors on issues surrounding succession planning and probate, family governance requirements and philanthropic needs.

He was most recently the Head of an international bank-backed Trustee, previously the Head of Compliance for a local Singapore bank-backed Trustee and the Head of Legal and Compliance for an international bank-backed Trustee.

Dennis is our Chief Operating Officer and oversees the firm’s daily functions and the management of our key client relationships.

He is an expert in international tax structuring and advises multi-jurisdictional families on succession planning and wealth transfer between generations.

His experience is drawn from his diverse journey through the tax division of a Big Four accounting firm, an international law firm, an independent trust company and an international bank-backed Trustee.

Dennis is an Australian lawyer and admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria.

Adrena is our Head of Trust Administration and brings with her over a decade of experience within the industry

She leads a team that oversees the administration function of an extensive portfolio of high-net-worth clients spread across Asia and Europe.

She is well versed in administrating intricate structures, the regulatory and filing requirements of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority in Singapore, and the issuance of tax-exemption licences from the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
